You will be the first point of contact for customers, assist with showroom enquiries, coordinate projects and support the day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and website, ensuring prompt follow-up.
Assist customers in the showroom with flooring selections and product advice.
Prepare quotations, invoices and assist with job costing.
Monitor projects from enquiry through to completion.
Liaise with suppliers and support general office administration.
Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming showroom.




Skills Experience Previous customer service, retail or office administration experience.
Strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
