Job Description Lead business analysis across the end-to-end Workday HRIS implementation lifecycle Facilitate workshops to gather, validate, and document functional, technical, and data requirements Map HR business processes (Level 4 5 BPMN) and assess Workday integrations, interfaces, and data dependencies Analyse HR data quality, identify data gaps, and support data cleansing and migration activities Collaborate with HR, Technology, vendors, and implementation partners to validate solutions and ensure requirements traceability Support testing, UAT, cutover, hypercare, and provide updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders The Successful Applicant A successful HRIS Senior Business Analyst should have:



Proven experience delivering end-to-end Workday HCM implementation and HRIS transformation projects Strong understanding of Workday business processes, integrations, HR data, and configuration impacts Experience mapping business processes using Level 4 5 BPMN and defining functional, technical, and data requirements Demonstrated expertise in HR data assessment, data cleansing, migration, and interface specifications (APIs/integrations) Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills across HR, Technology, vendors, and executive teams Experience supporting solution design, testing, UAT, cutover, and hypercare using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies What's on Offer 6 month contract (with high potential for extension), day rate of $*******.
