You'll bring defendant (or plaintiff) experience, as well as confidence and solid communication skills.

You will be experienced in: Preparing clear, well‐reasoned written advice and recommendations on serious injury, common law matters and appeals Managing originating motions, damages and statutory benefits litigation Gathering evidence,



interviewing witnesses and obtaining expert reports Preparing for and advocating at mediations in Supreme and County Court proceedings Applying strong knowledge of Court Rules and managing your own files in line with Court timetables Experience within a Victorian WorkCover Authority panel member firm is highly desirable 3+ years PAE This team is genuinely one of the industry's best - lawyers love working in its hybrid, flexible and friendly, cohesive culture.
