YOUR CURRENT EMPLOYER Our client is an industry-leading elite specialist property /construction/litigation firm with 30+ years' success with an enviable reputation especially in strata law [an exponentially growing 'hidden' legal HOT SPOT 'niche'] YOUR NEW ROLE/CAREER As a key litigator of the firm, reporting to an industry-leading famous expert strata law Partner with an impressive track record , you will relish the challenge and mentorship acting for high-end clients in the strata/community title industry (body corporates, community schemes, owners corporations/unit holders) including: litigating/resolving a wide range of property,construction and commercial disputes (relating to eg building defects, security of payment claims, Home Warranty Insurance claims, leases/easements/covenants/strata by-laws, contractual disputes relating to building/strata management, debt recovery/insolvency).
You will be appearing in various specialist tribunals (eg NCAT) and courts and attending mediations.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are a proven LITIGATION solicitor with minimum 4+years' post-admission experience (up to Senior Associate/Special Counsel); have had experience litigating property, construction and/or general commercial dispute s; have had some exposure to strata issues and/or acted for strata industry clients [preferable but not essential]; desire a refreshing new challenge by applying/tranferring your litigation skills focusing on the strata industry working with the best of the best industry leaders; have a genuine interest in strata/community title law and wish to add to your existing experience +develop an expertise in this exciting exponentially growing 'hot spot' area of law with a bright long-term future.
