We are seekingRegistered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional care in an aged care setting located near Yackandandah VIC.

Key Responsibilities : Deliver high quality, person centered care to residents.
Monitor and assess resident health, administering medications and treatments as required.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice care.
Ensure resident safety and comfort, promoting dignity and independence.
Support and educate families and staff on care-related matters.
Comply with regulatory and clinical standards, including Aged Care Quality Standards.
Qualifications and Experience :



Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Previous experience in an aged care setting is preferred, but not essential.
