This position opens the door for progression and upskilling as well as management experience.
The role will be for someone who is capable to run an area of the workshop and successfully lead thei team to high performance through productivity, safety and operations Job Details: $***** Per Hour + Overtime and Penalties Day Shift | Mon to Thurs : 7-3:30pm | Fri :



7-1:30pm Opportunity for overtime each day if interested Initial duties are relatively light but workload is going to increse over the next 8-12 weeks Key Requirements Trade qualified in Fabrication Demonstrated experience welding and fabricating quenched and tempered steels Proven leadership skills with the right temperament to effectively manage day-to-day personnel matters Strong ability to interpret engineering and fabrication drawings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly developed planning, scheduling and resource management capability Robust organisational and time management skills Experience managing day-to-day workshop operations, including quality, labour, materials and subcontractor coordination Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously while ensuring work remains on schedule Current Forklift Licence (essential) Dogging and Rigging High Risk Work Licences (desirable) How To Apply: If this role sounds like you then click APPLY NOW!!!
