The Role You'll be managing a well-maintained portfolio of just 68 buildings, supported by a dedicated Strata Assistant and experienced in-house specialists across insurance, fire compliance, lifts, and administration.
Your responsibilities will include: Building strong relationships with owners, committees and real estate agents Preparing budgets, meeting agendas and minutes Attending and chairing AGMs, EGMs and Strata Committee Meetings Drafting breach of by-law letters and Notices to Comply Providing expert advice on strata legislation and day-to-day management What's on Offer?
