WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: have 3+ years' experience (up to Senior Associate level ) in corporate/commercial law (including mergers and acquisitions/capital markets) with a 1st/2nd-tier national/international firm or specialist boutique firm; have strong research/technical/drafting legal skills + a strong commercial acumen + ability to provide practical relevant advice; proven ability to manage client relationships ; are committed to building your own qualified brand by contributing to marketing/business development activities; are ambitious+ driven to be the best you can be (professionally/personally)+ hungry to learn from+ be inspired by top passionate professionals; are willing and able to RELOCATE (essential) to either Sydney, Melbourne, Perth or Brisbane.
