Position Reporting to the executive leadership team, you will take ownership of end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain operations, ensuring the business is positioned for scalable growth while maintaining exceptional quality and service standards.
You will balance strategic direction with hands-on operational leadership, embedding robust systems, strengthening performance visibility, and inspiring high-performing teams across multiple sites.
Your key responsibilities will be: Lead end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, logistics and service operations Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and production optimisation Scale operational capacity while improving throughput and cost efficiency Implement and refine ERP-driven performance reporting and planning Strengthen quality control,



compliance and safety frameworks Establish clear KPIs aligned to growth objectives and customer satisfaction Embed structured forecasting, asset management and risk mitigation processes Profile You are an inspiring and visible operational leader with extensive experience in engineered products, industrial systems, or a related manufacturing environment.
