The Role - 5 week assignment on reception As the first point of contact for the business, youll play a key role in creating a positive experience for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike.
Your responsibilities will include: Answering and directing incoming phone calls Meeting and greeting clients, visitors, and suppliers Managing visitor sign-in procedures and site inductions Coordinating meeting rooms and general office administration Assisting with mail, couriers,



and office coordination Providing administrative support to various departments Learning the fundamentals of international freight forwarding in preparation for your move into Operations About You Were looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to build a career within the logistics industry.
Ideally, you will have: Previous experience in reception, administration, hospitality, customer service, or another client-facing role A professional and friendly manner Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Basic computer and microsoft skills A proactive attitude and willingness to learn A genuine interest in pursuing a long-term career in freight forwarding and logistics Whats on Offer?
