14th July, **** We're currently seeking an experienced Leading Hand Formwork Carpenter for an upcoming project in Collie, WA.
Our client is a well-established fencing and infrastructure contractor delivering projects across civil, commercial and utility sectors throughout WA.
This project involves working within a small crew to install and accurately set structural steel fence posts for a major infrastructure project.
Position Details: Role: Leading Hand Formwork Carpenter Location: Collie, WA Roster: 10 days on, 4 days off (10-hour days) Pay Rate: $*****-$*****/hr + Super (depending on experience) Start Date: 10/08/2026 Project Duration: Until 13/09/2026 with the potential for ongoing work Meals Accommodation: Provided whilst on site Company vehicles provided for travel to and from site About the Role: Working as part of a three-person crew alongside a machine operator and labourer/fencer, you'll be responsible for accurately setting out,



propping and bracing steel fence posts to tight construction tolerances (within 5 mm).
The role requires robust attention to detail, confidence interpreting plans and taking ownership of the work on site.
The project involves structural fence installation.
