YOUR NEW ROLE As a KEY valued member of this cutting-edge nimble 'smart' law firm, reporting to/being mentored by the managing principal (a proven entrepreneur+impressive ex top-tier senior lawyer), you will relish the diversity engaging in interesting work acting for a broad client base Australia-wide.
Specifically, you will love taking ownership of your own practice/clients advising on: Intellectual property law (predominantly trade marks); commercial transactions including commercial contracts, corporate/business law, privacy law, employment law, defamation, non-TM intellectual property (eg copyright, designs, patents).
