CELOTTI Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Fleet Administrator for work at Ingleburn NSW.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys a mix of admin support with hands on fleet and yard coordination.
Our client is one of Australia's most renowned transport equipment rental companies.
Spanning across most of Australia, they strive to provide excellent service and support to both their clients and staff!
Key Responsibilities: Field inbound telephone enquiries Preparation of rental reservations Inspection of equipment - collections and returns Generating short term rental quotes Forging robust working relationships with our clients Recording missed rental opportunities and following up with clients Ensure compliance of cash and account clients in line with company policies Our Ideal Candidate: A demonstrable experience in heavy transport equipment or rental experience.
Computer literate – training will be given on our internal software rental system Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality Customer service experience is preferred Desire and commitment to working safely but efficiently Must be physically fit and healthy with ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol screening What we are offering:
