The position goes beyond traditional venue management, focusing on building strong community connections, leading large teams, and delivering memorable events.
The role oversees multiple revenue streams including a busy bar operation, a high-capacity bistro, gaming operations, and accommodation.
A key priority will be driving community engagement initiatives, executing large-scale functions, and ensuring compliance across gaming and operational areas.
With planned refurbishments, there is also an opportunity to influence the future direction and positioning of the venue.
Your Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Venue Manager or Publican within a high-volume hospitality venue Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing multi-stream revenue operations Experience driving community engagement and delivering large-scale events Solid understanding of gaming compliance and regulatory requirements Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor,
