Known for delivering high-quality commercial, residential, healthcare, and education projects nationwide, they are looking for an experienced Payroll Processor to join their core Accounts team in Melbourne's South East.

The Role Working in a close-knit team, you will take ownership of end-to-end weekly payroll for roughly 700 employees alongside key Accounts Payable duties.
Key Responsibilities Payroll Compliance: Process end-to-end weekly payroll, generate payslips, and handle deductions.
Ensure full compliance with Australian legal and EBA standards (PAYG, payroll tax, superannuation, and leave entitlements).




Keep employee records up to date and resolve payroll queries smoothly.
Accounts Payable: Manage high-volume supplier invoice processing, match receipts to purchase orders, handle credit notes, and perform monthly creditor reconciliations.
Payments Admin: Prepare payment files, set up Purchase Orders and Sales Orders, and assist with general office administration when needed.
What We're Looking For Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on payroll and accounts payable experience in Australia.
Knowledge: Sound understanding of EBA requirements, superannuation, and statutory obligations.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and solid time-management skills to hit weekly deadlines.
Tech: Tech-savvy with robust MS Excel skills.
Prior experience with Pronto is a big plus (though full training will be provided for the right candidate).
