Skills Experience Qualification and experience working in architecture.
Proven relationship-building and customer service skills – a passion for engaging with people and a talent for connecting.

Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with candidates and clients of all levels, and capable of presenting to a group.
Good influencing and networking skills – a desire to get out and meet people in the design industry.
Sales or recruitment experience will be advantageous but not essential.
A strong commercial drive is a must!
