About the Role Reporting to the Head PCA or Village Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with compassion and professionalism.
Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily personal care tasks Helping with meal service, including special function Filling in housekeeping and cleaning shifts when required What We're Looking For We're seeking a caring and motivated individual who thrives in a team workplace and is committed to enhancing the lives of others Experience in aged care or a similar role Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Suppor t Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Drivers Licence and Reliable Transport (desirable) National Police Check (or ability to obtain) First Aid CPR Certificate (or ability to obtain) Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment including drug and alcohol screening Our benefits The wellbeing of all RetireAustralia team members is our priority and we regularly run initiatives such as safety training, wellness challenges, mental health awareness programs and a free annual flu vaccination program.
