Preparation, creation, decoration and delivery of cakes, patisserie and pastry products Plan, develop and estimate food costs when ordering food supplies Monitor quality of dishes Kneading, maturing, cutting, moulding, mixing and shaping dough and pastry goods Prepare and cook food demonstrating a variety of cooking techniques Experience working with pastry's and other dessert cooking Keep kitchen and enforce hygiene regulations Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP Monitor and produce quality dishes in all stages of preparation and organisation You will be joining a high performing workplace that believes in developing recent talent and empowering people to drive their own results.
