SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT Lead role on high-profile public realm, urban renewal, and streetscape projects Influence projects from early visioning through to delivery and help shape design outcomes without excessive hierarchy Clear outline of a pathway to Associate level ABOUT THE COMPANY I am currently partnering with a Landscape Architecture studio with a strong and growing presence in Brisbane.
The practice is recognised for delivering place-responsive landscapes that sit comfortably between strong conceptual thinking and technically robust delivery.
Their portfolio spans public realm and civic spaces, large-scale urban renewal, mixed-use developments, and complex streetscape projects.
The studio is equally comfortable leading early masterplanning and visioning work as it is delivering highly resolved documentation packages through to construction.
This is a practice trusted by repeat public and private sector clients, known for shaping landscapes that respond to climate and community.
ABOUT THE ROLE This opportunity is for a Senior Landscape Architect to join the Brisbane studio in a key role, contributing to both design leadership and project delivery.
The position offers flexibility depending on your strengths; whether you lean more toward front-end design, project leadership, or technically complex delivery.
You will work across multiple projects at varying scales, often simultaneously, with real autonomy and responsibility.
The role also includes mentoring junior team members and contributing to the studio's design culture and standards.
DUTIES Lead and contribute to concept design, design development,



and documentation Manage landscape projects across public and private sectors Coordinate with architects, engineers, planners, and specialist consultants Prepare, review, and oversee high-quality documentation packages Participate in client engagement and design reviews Mentor and support graduates and mid-level Landscape Architects Maintain design quality and contribute to studio processes SKILLS EXPERIENCE Degree in Landscape Architecture 6+ years' experience within an Australian landscape architecture practice Strong design capability with a clear understanding of landscape-led outcomes Proven experience delivering projects through documentation and construction Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential); Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D tools advantageous Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Confident communicator with a collaborative, proactive mindset CULTURE The studio promotes a collaborative culture where people are trusted and encouraged to grow.
