This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a significant project from the early stages through to completion, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
The Project $40M Retirement Assisted Living Development 50 Independent Living Units Basement + 5 Storey Construction Currently at Bulk Earthworks Stage 18-Month Programme Located in Chermside The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the full execution and delivery of the project, including: Managing day-to-day site operations Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers Driving programme and project milestones Managing safety, quality and compliance requirements Liaising with project stakeholders,



consultants and the wider project team Ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget About You Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial, residential, aged care or retirement living projects Robust leadership and communication skills Ability to manage projects from groundworks through to completion Excellent understanding of WHS, QA and site management processes QBCC Site Supervisor Licence preferred, or willingness to obtain Immediate availability highly regarded What's On Offer $800 - $900 per day plus super Immediate start available 8–10 hour workdays Long-term 18-month project pipeline Opportunity to join a reputable builder Permanent opportunities available for the right candidate If you are an experienced Site Manager looking for your next long-term contract opportunity, apply today!!
