You will play a critical role in maintaining payroll integrity, supporting employees, and collaborating across Finance and People Culture teams.
End-to-end payroll processing,



including regular, off-cycle, and termination payments Accurate calculation of salaries, wages, overtime, allowances, and deductions Processing of bonuses, back payments, and complex termination calculations Ensuring compliance with tax, superannuation, and industrial relations obligations Award interpretation and management of complex payroll scenarios Payroll reconciliations (PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, WorkCover) Month-end reporting, journals, and payroll-related financial analysis Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records within Workday Supporting audits, STP reporting, and year-end processes Acting as a key point of contact for payroll queries across the business The Successful Applicant Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing Robust knowledge of Fair Work legislation, superannuation, and payroll tax Ability to interpret modern awards and manage complex payroll scenarios High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills What's on Offer Excellent WFH flex Temp to perm role Genuine market leading hourly rate Amazing employee benefits
