Landlord and tenant relationship management Routine inspections Lease renewals and rent reviews Maintenance coordination Arrears management Open homes and leasing duties Water invoicing and general administration Portfolio management using PropertyMe and associated systems The portfolio is located exclusively across the Sunshine Coast, meaning less time on the road and more time focused on delivering exceptional service.

You'll be joining a close-knit and experienced team that genuinely enjoys working together.
The business owner remains heavily involved in the day-to-day operation of the rent roll, provides ongoing training and support, and takes care of trust accounting, allowing the Property Management team to focus on what they do best.

About You You will ideally have: Previous Property Management experience A current QLD Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence Strong communication and organisational skills The ability to confidently manage your own portfolio A team-focused attitude A genuine commitment to customer service QCAT experience is not essential.
