An industry-leading Australian food manufacturer is looking for an experienced maintenance professional to join its high-performing engineering team.
This is an outstanding opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established business that invests heavily in its people, equipment, and ongoing site improvements.
Working in a modern, automated manufacturing environment, you'll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently through preventative maintenance, breakdown response, continuous improvement initiatives, and mentoring production staff.

you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of production equipment across a fast-paced manufacturing facility.
Your responsibilities will include: Mechanical and electrical fault finding across production equipment Responding to equipment breakdowns and minimising downtime Preventative and scheduled maintenance Installing, modifying and commissioning machinery Improving equipment reliability and production efficiency Recording maintenance activities through the CMMS system Maintaining high safety, GMP and quality standards About You To be successful you will have: Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter Previous experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical or another fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills Experience with preventative maintenance and breakdown response Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative maintenance team If you are interested in this role, please apply to this advert or contact Joe Keogh at Blackbook Executive on ************ #SCR-joe-keogh-1
