Core Talent is partnering with a well-established commercial fit out contractor to recruit an Estimator to join their growing NSW team.
With over two decades of industry experience and a strong pipeline of secured work, this business delivers high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across the retail, commercial, hospitality and education sectors nationwide.
The Opportunity As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in the pre-construction team, preparing accurate and competitive tenders while working closely with project delivery teams to secure and set up successful projects.
Responsibilities Prepare detailed take-offs, BOQs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications Obtain and assess subcontractor and supplier pricing Identify scope gaps,
