Position: Physiotherapist – Part time Aged care Location: Melbourne - 2 days in Altona Meadows and 2 days in Richmond Client Demographic: Aged-care residents (predominantly older adults in residential/community aged-care settings) Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years preferred Role Overview: We're seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist who's excited about making a difference in the lives of older adults.
In this role you'll deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions in aged-care settings, working to maintain and improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence of clients.
Key Responsibilities: Assess, plan and implement physiotherapy programs for older adults in residential/community aged-care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy and podiatry Monitor client progress and adapt interventions accordingly Promote best-practice aged-care therapy and support accreditation requirements Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions What We're Looking For:
