Suitable for an experienced bottling or canning lines setter to enhance for major Australian wine brands and distilleries.
Requires bottling / canning line setting experience Salary depends on experience South-eastern suburbs of Melbourne A normal day includes Lead production line and configure machines during changeovers for enhanced efficiency.
Conduct routine Quality Control Checks to ensure product meets customer specifications.
Create scheduling plans to minimize downtime and maximize plant availability.
Partner with maintenance fitters for reactive and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to reduce changeover downtime, optimize productivity, and ensure line performance.

You will need Trade qualification or experience in Mechanical or Electrical fields Beverage manufacturing experience within wine bottling, canning lines, RTD beverages, or beer Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and perform under pressure Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to create and implement long-term solutions Knowledge of safety protocols and proactive in identifying and correcting hazards
