Operating across defined growth regions, the organisation is positioned at the forefront of nitrogen efficiency, soil health and regenerative nutrient delivery.
Within Reef catchment areas, this focus carries added importance, as fertiliser recommendations can influence nutrient runoff, water quality outcomes and grower compliance expectations.
Queensland Government guidance highlights nutrient and sediment runoff reduction as a key priority for farms in Reef catchments.

Territory leaders are expected to operate with ownership, commercial discipline and a long-term view of soil, customer and environmental outcomes.
The Role The Territory Director will develop and execute the regional growth strategy across territory-based broadacre regions within the Reef region of the Queensland Coast.
Operating the territory as a defined profit centre, you will drive volume, margin and market penetration through distributor activation, agronomist education and direct grower engagement.
Key responsibilities: Build and execute a regional business plan aligned to growth targets Activate and manage Certified Partner distributors Develop and convert Corporate Direct customer opportunities Deliver responsible, well-documented agronomic and nutrition advice Support fertiliser recommendations aligned to crop,
soil and catchment needs Establish and interpret on-farm trials and demonstrations Maintain accurate forecasting, customer records and pipeline management via CRM About You You are commercially sharp, technically credible and comfortable owning a number.
You understand fertiliser, plant nutrition and broadacre systems, and can translate soil science into practical, profitable programs for growers while respecting the compliance and water quality expectations of Reef catchment farming.
Key criteria: Robust fertiliser, nitrogen efficiency and plant nutrition knowledge Proven sales or territory growth experience in broadacre agriculture Ability to influence agronomists, distributors and senior decision-makers Confidence providing documented, accountable agronomic recommendations Experience working autonomously across regional territories Strong commercial acumen and forecasting discipline Degree in Agricultural Science or related discipline preferred The Benefits: This is a rare opportunity to build a genuine regional profit centre within a well-capitalised, growth-focused agribusiness.
