Auto req ID ****BR Job Description The Opportunity SEE Group as an opportunity available for a Project Administrator to join our local highly professional and skilled project team.
This is a diverse and fast-paced site-based role, based in Caloundra.
Reporting to the Project Administration Manager you will be responsible for administration duties including but not limited to: Project accruals, assisting in preparing financial reports by ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for Purchase Orders, coding and receipting of Invoices / Dockets within our Viewpoint system Maintaining files and records, online ordering Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs effectively Data entry, administration and support to Project Managers and Engineers where required Essential Skills and Attributes The position is best suited to someone with the following skills and attributes:
