YOUR NEW ROLE As a valued+ KEY member of their winning common law personal injury law team , you will love being the right hand to a friendly top-notch lawyer assisting in obtaining justice for plaintiff clients in respect of their common law claims (eg CTP/motor vehicle accidents, public liability, work injury damages, medical negligence and abuse).
Specifically, you will be interacting with clients, solicitors/barristers/doctors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, preparing briefs to barristers, diary management/making appointments, filing/administration.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are an experienced legal secretary or paralegal/law clerk with minimum 24 months or MORE (up to very senior level) hands-on personal injury law experience assisting solicitors with day -to-day case management ; have had some experience in at least 2 or more of:
1) CTP
2) work injury damages
3) public liability
4) medical negligence
5) abuse; have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment ; are ambitious+ proactive+ enjoy what you do; have outstanding communication, time management+ people skills; are hungry to advance your career long-term with a vibrant fast-growing successful plaintiff firm .
