Specifically, you will love taking ownership of your own litigation practice/clients advising resolving disputes relating to: Intellectual property- mainly trade marks; commercial issues- including commercial contracts, corporate/business law, debt recovery, privacy law, defamation employment law.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: Are an admitted solicitor ; have a minimum of 4 years (or more) experience in commercial litigation ( preferably including some intellectual property litigation); have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+advocacy and negotiation skills; have an entrepreneurial spirit willing to participate in business development/marketing and desire to be a key player in the business (not a mere number); are results-driven + positive + hungry to be part of a refreshing cutting-edge 'new age' law firm that encourages excellence+innovation and has the resources to support and help you to reach your full potential.
