We're looking for an Associate Director - Customer Partnerships to spearhead our key account client engagement, both existing and target customers, primarily across our QLD business, while also supporting selected national accounts and strategic industry sectors.
Job Description As an Associate Director - Customer Partnerships in PageGroup's QLD business, you will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Operations to identify and expand key accounts.
Reporting to the Head of Customer Partnerships, you will work on key deliverables around new key accounts, key account growth, and referred revenue.
Responsibilities: Identify and pursue New Business opportunities to expand the client base within the QLD market, with involvement in selected national accounts and key industry sectors.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients,



ensuring outstanding Customer Experience and in turn retention and growth across all business lines.
Using data and insights to add value to key customers within the portfolio, including confidently presenting and facilitating events for large stakeholder groups.
Using market research and industry trends to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions to meet customer needs and exceed expectations Provide quarterly account reviews for key customers Provide updates and reporting to senior leadership team on sales performance, market insights and growth opportunities.
The Successful Applicant Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
A robust understanding of the recruitment or professional services industry.
You bring a passion for the client side of recruitment, selling with insights and adding value to customers.
Comfortable and credible with customers at C-suite level.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive and results -driven approach to work.
