Responsibilties: Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other trades Oversee and approve all design, procurement and drawings for projects Lead and manage the project team, providing coaching, feedback and development to team members Manage financial performance of projects Resource and workforce planning Management of quality systems and procedures Vendor management Requirements 5 years experience in managing medium/large scale projects withing the construction and building services industry Demonstrated experience to liaise with external stakeholders Strong analytical and problem solving skills Experience in planning and implementing HSE site requirements Demonstrated knowledge of financial management systems Ability to manage budgets and analyse financial statements Australian citizen or permanent residency Whats on Offer Permanent role South Perth based project with adhoc travel to Head Office near Perth CBD ASAP start $*******k + Super + Vehicle/Allowance Work on Tier 1 construction projects in Perth Please note - applicants must hold current, valid Australian working rights.
