HR Advisor | Tier 1 Construction Company | WFH After Probation Structured career development plan: HR Coordinator/Advisor to HR Business Partner An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven and motivated HR Coordinator/Advisor or experienced HR Administrator to join a nationally recognised construction and engineering organisation with a long-standing reputation for delivering large-scale infrastructure, electrical, communications, and building services projects across Australia.
The Organisation A leader within the construction industry, with thousands of employees nationally and a strong presence across lots of industry sectors, this organisation continues to experience strong growth and project success across multiple divisions.
This is a newly created position within a high-performing and collaborative HR team, offering the opportunity to gain exposure across a national portfolio while working closely alongside experienced HR leaders.
The role will support the day-to-day operations of the People Culture function, while taking ownership of HR administration and coordination responsibilities across the employee lifecycle.
This position is ideal for someone in their HR career who is genuinely eager to learn, develop, and grow within a fast-paced operational setting.
The Role Supporting the HR team across day-to-day HR operations and administration Coordinating onboarding, employee documentation, and HR systems Supporting employee lifecycle activities across a national workforce Assisting with reporting, compliance,



and HR process coordination Exposure to ER matters, workforce planning, and broader HR initiatives Working closely with operational leaders within a blue-collar environment What They Are Looking For Tertiary HR qualification (Cert IV, Diploma, or Degree) Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar HR Coordinator/Advisor or HR Administration role Exposure to blue-collar or operational environments is essential Strong administrative and organisational capability Tech-savvy with confidence High emotional intelligence and confidence working within a male-dominated environment Culture Leadership Style Attitude is everything in this team.
