Customer Service Coordinator – Broome, Karratha and Tom Price Principle Objectives · Provide assistance to Admin/Branch Manager as required · Process quotes and booked work in conjunction with external consultants process · Observe company policy in terms of credit provision and prepayment · Promote Grace services over the phone and assist with sales enquiries · Andswer the phones and action enquiries as necessary · Call clients with uplift and delivery times · Handle and report any customer complaints and claims to Admin Manager · Process storage and coordinate deliveries ex store for customers Administration Duties · Assist with the day to day running and administrative duties · Scan and upload documents when required · Process invoices in-line with Perth branch process · Report all injuries, accidents, incidents, illnesses, hazards and safety problems · Keep work area clean and tidy Personal Duties · Present a professional corporate image · Willingness to work in a team workplace whilst accountable for your own actions · Demonstrate honesty,
