We are seeking a Change Manager to join on a 6-8-month contract to work on a large digital enterprise transformation piece of work.
You'll deliver end-to-end Change OCM support, including: Developing change impact assessments, strategies and plans.
Engaging stakeholders ,establish and facilitate a change champion network.
Conduct training and needs analysis.
Define and track business readiness.
Manage the GO LIVE window and the Hyer care period.
What we need: Proven experience leading change management for large-scale enterprise technology roll outs.
Ideally working within State or Local Government.
Experience as a Change Manager with a solid grasp of change principles, methodologies( Prosci, and tools).
Strong communication skills diverse stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships at all levels.
