THE POSITION Lead commercial discussions and KPI compliance to meet business objectives Manage contract reporting, governance and performance metrics Prepare contract price escalations, variations and tender commercial reviews Oversee Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and maintain accurate records Establish and maintain detailed risk registers and opportunity reporting Conduct site and contract audits, ensuring corrective actions are completed Analyse service failures and identify improvement opportunities Drive consistency across operational documentation,
