Lead small crews on infrastructure and remediation projects Strong pipeline of work across South East Queensland Hands-on leadership role with wide-ranging project exposure and career progression With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across South East Queensland, a specialist contractor delivering remediation, maintenance and construction works across water infrastructure assets is growing its site delivery team.
We are seeking experienced Leading Hands to coordinate small crews delivering structural remediation, maintenance and upgrade works across multiple sites.
This role suits someone who enjoys a hands-on leadership position, guiding teams on-site while ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Working across projects throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions, you will play an important role in coordinating site activities, supporting project teams and maintaining strong safety and quality outcomes across each work front.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate small site crews across project works Deliver remediation, structural upgrades and maintenance works across infrastructure and industrial sites Coordinate daily site activities including labour, materials and equipment Conduct pre-start meetings and promote strong site safety practices Ensure works are completed safely and in line with scope and specifications Manage site documentation,
permits and reporting About You Experience leading crews within civil, construction or water infrastructure environments Background in structural remediation, maintenance works or construction projects Experience working around infrastructure assets, industrial facilities or utilities environments will be highly regarded Trade background such as carpentry, civil construction or general construction beneficial Strong communication and organisational skills with a safety-first mindset Licences / Certifications White Card Confined Space and Working at Heights (desirable) EWP / access equipment experiences advantageous Benefits Opportunity to work across projects throughout Brisbane and SE Queensland Variety of work including remediation, structural upgrades and infrastructure maintenance Join a stable contractor with a strong pipeline of upcoming work Supportive team environment with opportunities to grow into broader site leadership roles If this role aligns with your experience, please click Apply or contact Rachael Landers on ****** for a confidential conversation.
