Building Manager Sydney **** Permanent Opportunity An opportunity has become available for an experienced Building Manager to join a well-established building management provider overseeing a premium asset in Sydney CBD.
This role would suit someone with previous experience managing residential buildings who enjoys a hands-on position with strong stakeholder interaction and day-to-day operational oversight.
The Chance Working onsite, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation and presentation of the building, managing contractors, coordinating maintenance works and ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the asset.
