We are supporting a market-leading, PE-backed business as it prepares for a formal sale process, with the private equity sponsor now moving to exit.
We are looking for a Corporate Development Manager to drive the finance workstream through the transaction.
This is initially a 6 month fixed term contract.
Working directly with the CFO and external advisors, this role will sit at the centre of the process, owning the data room, preparing investor materials and supporting management through the diligence and presentation stages.
This role is best suited to someone coming from industry who has previously been through a PE exit, divestment or capital raise from within a business.
What you'll be doing Owning the transaction data room and diligence process Owning the financial model underpinning the transaction, including forecasts and scenario analysis Preparing investor presentations and financial analysis Supporting the CFO and leadership team through management presentations Managing investor Q A and diligence requests Ensuring financial information is clear,



robust and investor-ready Coordinating closely with corporate advisors, lawyers and the PE sponsor What we're looking for CA / CPA qualified finance professional Experience working in a PE-backed or sponsor-led workplace Previously supported an exit, divestment or capital event Background in corporate development, commercial finance, FP A or corporate finance within industry Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly to investors The opportunity This is a high-impact role, offered initially as a 6 month fixed term contract, with a rare opportunity to be at the centre of a live private equity exit.
You will work closely with the CFO, senior leadership, advisors and investors, playing a key role in preparing the business for market and navigating the sale process.
