About the role: Handle complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters, including contractual breaches and restructuring.
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and insolvency-related documents.
Advise clients on litigation strategies and distressed business situations.
Collaborate with senior lawyers and support junior associates in high-profile cases.
The ideal candidate: Qualified Lawyer with admission to practice in NSW and Federal Courts.
Minimum 3+ years PAE in commercial disputes and insolvency law.
Strong drafting, communication,



and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
