We're recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to lead a high-performing catering operation in Kalgoorlie , delivering exceptional dining experiences for ******* residents on an 8:6 roster .

The Role As Head Chef, you'll lead every aspect of the kitchen operation while setting the benchmark for food quality, safety, and team performance.
You'll: Lead and mentor a team of chefs and utility staff across all service periods.
Drive food quality, consistency, presentation, and innovative theme nights.
Manage rostering, food costs, ordering, inventory, and kitchen efficiencies.
Maintain outstanding HACCP, HSEQ, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Build a positive, accountable kitchen culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement.
Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has proven Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef leadership experience.
Comes from a high-volume bulk catering, FIFO,



DIDO, mining, or remote hospitality background.
Leads with confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for developing people.
Has strong commercial skills across food costing, rostering, stock control, and kitchen operations.
Never compromises on food quality, consistency, hygiene, or safety.
