An exciting opportunity has become available for a Tenant Relations Manager to join a friendly boutique agency in the heart of Regents Park.
With a newly rebranded office, supportive leadership, and plenty of hands-on experience, this is the perfect role for someone ready to build their long-term career in property management.
Working closely with the Head of Property Management, who brings over 20 years of industry experience, you'll receive ongoing mentoring while developing your skills across all aspects of residential property management.
The Opportunity This role combines the responsibilities of a Property Officer and Assistant Property Manager, giving you exposure to every stage of portfolio management while supporting the management of approximately 270 residential properties.
You'll become the main point of contact for tenant-related matters, working closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure a high level of service is delivered.
Key Responsibilities • Managing all tenant enquiries and day-to-day tenant relationships • Conducting ingoing, outgoing,



and routine inspections • Preparing detailed entry and inspection reports • Coordinating repairs and maintenance requests • Assisting with outgoing inspections and tenancy matters • Supporting the Head of Property Management with portfolio management • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors • Maintaining accurate records using PropertyMe About You • Minimum 1 year's experience within the real estate industry • Current Certificate of Registration required • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle • Strong communication and customer service skills • Excellent organisation and attention to detail • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment What's On Offer • Monday to Friday role with occasional Saturday work • Newly rebranded boutique office in Regents Park • Mentorship from an industry professional with over 20 years' experience • Friendly, supportive, and close-knit team culture • Exposure to all aspects of residential property management • Modern systems and ongoing training • Genuine prospect to progress your property management career Please call Georgia Barton on ************ for more information or email your CV to ****** All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
