Well known 2nd/3rd tier builder with strong pipeline of Geelong projects Attention to detail Client management abilities key to success $150,000 - $200,000 on offer - 5 day weeks Our Client is a stable long-standing 2nd/3rd tier builder head officed in Melbourne with a solid regional Victorian presence.
They have been in operation for over 15 years and have grown steadily in that time.
They target projects ranging in value from $1M - $50M across all major market sectors.
They have been doing more and more work in the Geelong/Surf Coast region and now have a permanent office in the area.
Purely down to work they are in need of an additional Site Manager for a school project worth circa-$10M.
To be considered you must have previous site management/supervisory experience running commercial,



institutional or education projects.
You will be trade qualified, ideally in carpentry with a can-do attitude and a proven ability to manage live-environment projects for demanding Clients.
In return you will receive a permanent position from a cracking builder with supportive management which will guarantee stability through the next ******* months.
Salary is flexible depending on experience with a range of $140,000 - $200,000 total package.
