About the Role As Store Manager, you'll take full ownership of all store operations, leading a large team while driving sales, profitability and operational excellence.
With full P L accountability, you'll ensure every department is performing at its best, delivering exceptional standards across fresh food, merchandising, customer service and team engagement.
Working closely with Senior Management and your department leaders, you'll identify opportunities to improve performance, develop your people and create a store culture focused on delivering results.
About You: Previous Store Manager experience within an independent supermarket or large-format retail supermarket environment Proven ability to lead, coach and develop large, high-performing teams Solid commercial acumen with full P L accountability Experience managing wages, shrinkage, stock control and operational costs Passion for fresh food, merchandising and delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills Sound understanding of food safety, compliance and workplace health safety The Opportunity: Take ownership of all store operations and lead a large, high performing team Drive sales,
