Manufacturing Stores Warehousing Sydney Permanent / Full Time 27/7/2026 Based in the Western Suburbs Join a growing company with progression opportunities Excellent role for a proactive, detailed driven coordinator Inventory Coordinator | Manufacturing We're working with a established manufacturing business looking for an Inventory Coordinator to join their team.
This is a hands on role focused on inventory accuracy and supporting the day to day running of the supply chain.
You'll work closely with the warehouse, purchasing and production teams to ensure stock is managed efficiently and inventory records remain accurate.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate stock movements across warehouses and 3PL partners.
Complete cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Process stock adjustments and maintain accurate ERP records.
Support inbound stock, returns and obsolete inventory management.
Prepare inventory reports and assist with process improvements.
Support audits and inventory compliance.




Work closely with internal teams to ensure stock is available when required.
About You Experience in an inventory, stock control or warehouse coordination role.
Manufacturing or distribution experience is highly regarded.
Experience using an ERP system.
Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability.
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
A team player with good communication skills.
