Job details Mobile Plant Operator $***** Per Hour 7:7 Roster Opportunity to work with a reputable mining operation About Our Client Our client is a mining and metals company that produce bauxite, aluminium, copper, silver, lead, zinc, nickel and manganese across Australia and Africa.
This mine is an open-cut, strip mining operation that produced manganese based on Groote Eylandt.
About the Role As a Haul Truck Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of haul trucks to transport material across site.
You will play a key role in maintaining production targets while upholding high safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Operate haul trucks in accordance with site procedures and safety standards Conduct pre-start inspections and basic equipment checks Maintain awareness of site hazards and traffic management plans Work collaboratively with production teams to meet daily targets Report defects, incidents, and hazards in a timely manner About You Proven experience operating haul trucks in a mining environment Current Drivers Licence (essential)
