Take ownership from pre-construction through to handover, managing programme, cost, quality and client outcomes on fast-paced commercial builds.
Working closely with site teams, CA's, consultants and subcontractors, you'll drive the decisions, pressure and detail required to deliver robust project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion Oversee budgets, programmes, procurement and contract administration Coordinate site teams, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders Drive project performance across cost, quality,
