About the role An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead the Marion location.
This role is ideal for a passionate fashion retailer who loves developing people, driving results, and creating a store environment customers genuinely want to return to.

What you will do Drive sales performance and deliver strong store results across key KPIs Lead, coach, and develop a passionate and engaged retail team Create an exceptional customer experience that builds loyalty and repeat business Manage daily store operations including rostering, stock control,
