We are seeking an experienced Lower Primary Teacher with Montessori expertise to join our vibrant team.
The Role: As a Lower Primary Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons in a Montessori 3–6 or 6–9 environment .
Create a prepared, child-centered classroom that fosters independence, curiosity, and self-motivation.
Observe, assess, and support each child's academic, social, and emotional growth.
Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop and enhance the curriculum and school programs.
Uphold high standards of Montessori pedagogy and classroom practice .
We're Looking For: NESA-approved Primary Teaching qualification.
Montessori Diploma (3–6 or 6–12) with hands-on classroom experience.




Proven experience in lower primary education within a Montessori setting .
Strong understanding of child development and Montessori philosophy.
Excellent classroom management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Collaborative, reflective, and professional approach.
NSW Working with Children Check or eligibility to obtain one.
