autonomous position Supportive team culture with long-term career progression Genuine opportunity to become the lead conveyancer as the practice continues to grow Duties Manage residential conveyancing matters from contract through to settlement Conduct electronic settlements using PEXA Handle off-the-plan transactions from commencement to completion Assist with commercial conveyancing matters, including acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions Liaise with clients, developers, financiers, real estate agents and government authorities Prepare settlement documentation and ensure legislative compliance Independently manage your own files while supporting the continued growth of the conveyancing practice The Candidate Proven experience managing residential conveyancing files end-to-end Strong PEXA experience Ability to manage a busy workload with exceptional attention to detail Excellent communication and client relationship skills Proactive, organised and able to work independently Curtis Partnership specialises in Property, Accounting, Sales Operations
